I think I might finally be over my bout with food poisioning from the weekend - had to take off work yesterday.  Got up this morning and weighed - 2lbs down.

However - the fact that all 2 of those lbs came out my azz in the form of the watery shyts does not give me any satisfaction whatsoever!!!!  I don't wanna be that dang sick EVER again!!!!

so - today - I'm keeping things light - I still get a lil queasy and my tummy is telling me to tread lightly.........

I've had about 32 oz of liquids so far and I've taken my B-complex and iron.

For breakfast I ate an egg and half of a sausage patty on a slice of low carb bread with some sugar free jelly. 
It was really tasty.

I've down about 48 oz of H20 so I got about another 48 to go because on yesterday I was on a dang gone salt kick. So today I gotta flu**** all out. By whatever means necessary.

Dinner- same as lunch
Snack- peach-chobani greek yogurt

All of my vitamins
1 hour of RPM. BIG GIRL CAN SPIN HER AZZ OFF
