Good morning,

Even though I''ve put on weight, I am still not at my oh hell to the NO size, which would be a size 18.....I have started my morning walks again, and I will eventually increase this about 1 hour on the treadmill...I've already had to get a new wardrobe to accommodate my weight gain...I've always had my "fat clothes after weight loss surgery, I lost and gained 15 pounds many times but never gained more than 20 up until now....

So...what's your hell to the NO size? The size where you will not live with comfortably?

Hey gorgeous, my ideal size is a 14. Any smaller and I don't feel comfy.  I loose too much curve and look too thin.   My "oh hell no" size is right along with yours..18. That biotch. I could just beat her into the ground. I've gained some weight too ( makes me so pissed off ) so, I have been back at the gym (minus my trainer which has made it harder, but ...oh well) and swimming too. As far as wardrobe changes...I haven't had to buy anything new (thank you Jesus) but EVERYTHING is tight.  My bras are tight, my drawls are tight, girl..even my socks feel tight! I feel like I'm wearing a straight jacket.  So I got my fat azz up and started doing it right...from the basics.

Hey B...I feel on that you are tall too, and you look GREAT where you are, my family told me that I actually look better now than when I was a size 10...even Erik mentioned that I look younger now since I've put on a little weight...I guess when you lose too much it gives you that gaunt look and it sort of ages you....I think if I was in my 20s I would prefer to be a lot smaller since when you are younger you have that bounce back skin.....so I am OK..now but I would rather be at least 15 pounds smaller than I am now....also when I was a solid size 10 I had to exercise more regularly and I could eat what I wanted too...but I am closely monitoring things now...and trying to keep a comfy cushion...coz I refuse to gain anymore weight

My ideal size is a 14...& my OHN size is as yours an 18.  I'm currently between a 14 & 16 due to my huge thighs that I can't seem to get rid of.  In pants, it's an even 16.  In skirts between a 12 & 14 & blouses a 10-12.  In other words, I am all over the chart!

Great post!

I think the consensus may be a size 18 ...coz I believe that is sort of the gateway back to REAL plus sizeS and size 20....I don't want to even think about it.....

Hey Nana!  I have never gotten to my ideal size or weight.  I am actually quite comfortable in my size 14's right now and I guess that why I have started to gain.  I went past my comfort mark on the scales after returning from vacation so I must get to it and work on the weight gain.  My hell to the nawl size is going back into 16's.  I refuse to get a new wardrobe to accommodate any weight gain as I have invested way too much money to do so. If I don'****ch it I will.  It looks like you and I both will have to get back to our good band habits!

Hey gorgeous Faith! Your hell to nawl size is a 16 huh.....I think I am only a hamsammich away from my hell to the nawl size already.....I was pretty much happy with my size 10/12s....but I am getting nervous right now....this is a life time journey....all it takes is two weekends eating at buffets with deserts to gain a whole size...lol....so we have to always watch the scale and be aware when our clothes start to get tight...

My hell to the NO size is 18 and the ideal size is right where I am now.....16s and a few 14s.
I'm currently not trying hard to loose anymore...just want to maintain.  I too like my curves right where they are.  LOL

I think if I lost anymore weight, it would come from the top down and I don't want to loose in my face/neck area...it makes me look older.  If I could loose where I want to loose, it would be the stomach...but as you all know, we can't dictate that...soooooo  I'm good right where I am.

Hey Kim...congrats on getting to a size 14/16...I bet you are so happy right now, I agree when you are over 35 it losing weight does not have the same effect as someone in their 20s..it actuallyy ages you when you look to thin in the face....I know you want to preserve you cute face....

right now i'm in a solid 10 working my way back to an 8 .  my hell to the NO size would be a 14...if my 12's ever got tight, i'd pay whatever i needed to pay a personal trainer, take "aid"...whateva i needed to do!!!

my reason:  a size 14 on me has me weighing near the 200lb mark...that's a definite no-no in my book
