Multivitamins, B-1 (thiamin), B-complex, B-12 sublingual, Iron, Vitamin C, Calcium Citrate +D, Vitamin D, Biotin, Osteo Bi-Flex, Potassium, Diuretic
I challenge you to get at least 8 hrs of sleep.

I accept your challenge.....sad part is.....I haven't taken vitamins in so long that I need to go home and dig them out. That's a darn shame.
I'm working on my water right now but this may take the entire day to accomplish.
8 hours of sleep is unheard of with me but I'll shoot for 6 (gotta start somewhere).
