Detox ?

Does anybody have info or website on the

Liver Flush recipe or procedure?  I know it

is lemon juice, olive oil but I don't remember

what else.  And what is it about when you

go to sleep you have to lay on a certain side?

Lemon juice, honey, cayenne pepper, and water.  I don't remember the exact measurements.

I have another detox that will clean you from the rooter to the tooter, but I left it at my house in Augusta.    When I go home, I will get it to you.

I'm not familiar with this, Hope.  What is it supposed to do for the liver?
