YES, WE CAN!!!!

40 ounces of water down. 
Morning vitamins down 
Brewing coffee to add protein to it
Trying to muster the strength to make it to the gym for upper body workout and a lil cardio


My goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of July.  Yes, I can!!!

Mornin!  i'm having a loaded protein smoothie for breakfast.  probably a leftover turkey burger w/salad for lunch...not sure about dinner.

vitamins taken
water will be on point
treadmill scheduled for tonight.

my goal for this month is to get into my "bathroom" jeans.  almost there!

overall, my goal for the summer is to get to 155.  I CAN DO THIS!!!

bathroom jeans is a term coined by another BAF member.  she placed a pair of her goal jeans in the bathroom (where she could see them everyday). she worked her a$$ off to get into those jeans. 

well mine are hung in my bedroom...

Please tell me what protein  you are using to mix with your coffee. My current one bubbles up and remains floating at the top unable to mix it up !

I use Isopure, BUT you must let the coffee cool before adding it.

or

You can make a paste of the protein with water then, pour it into the coffee.
