Still hanging in there and sticking to plan. Its been an awkward week with more to come but I am staying on task.
What, when, where I'll eat is unpredictable these days. But at over a year out, I have more leeway. As long as I stick with protein first I will do this. I am getting the water and the vits down, but exercise will be difficult until the weekend. I'll do what I can even if its just a brisk walk.
I'll be without wifi for a few days and its making me crazy. Think thin and stay accountable BAF people!

I'm still not feeling totally up to par after Sunday's brush with what I believe was light food poisoning. Went to the gym this morning (couldn't muster it yesterday) and had to push thru my shortened routine - I just felt weak......
anyhoo - on with the day today - it's gonna be a doozy - lots of crap at work and I wanna take a NAP!!!! LOL

Feeling good. Weight has been right at goal or a pound or two under. Didn't get up to run this morning like I planned. It's okay tho, cause it was an optional cardio session. Got strength training tonight: chest, shoulders and abs.
Eating is pretty good during the work day. It's just when I get home I attack any sweets in the house. Ughhh.
Bout to go get my bacon, egss and protein coffee.
