weekend trials....needs suggestions

As many of you already know trying to get 71 grams of protien daily is a challenge.  My problem is that I do very well the work week , but I struggle with the weekends. I sleep later or I get up and get out about my errands , I do pretty good with my water but fall really short on protien. for instance, yesterday I had yogurt and a mozzerlla stick for breakfast at noon. and about 3oz of roased pork around five. And saturday is even worse.  My weekends have nooooo structure. the other thing is that I can only drink so many protien shakes........Help

My best suggestion is to treat the weekend like you would the work week.  If you have to set alarms on your phone as reminders to get up and get started then, do it.  I drink a protein shake in the morning and one right before bed that way, if I'm out and about I'm not worried.  The key is to choose protein shakes with at least 25g of protein per serving.

 Being on a schedule will also ensure you get all your vitamins in at the correct spacing, too...
