Survey-How old were you when you started your first diet?

Kindergarten.  I grew tall really fast, but wasn't fat.  The doctor told my mother I was going to be fat, so they cut out dairy queen, etc.  LOL

 I know I am late but I want to say it was when the BOYS came along..about 13 or so. But I was always a chunky kid. I was wearing my first bra in 3rd grade. and I mean BRA it i was like my boobs skipped the training period and went straight to breast. I was like a B cup. But I do know one thing and I am learning it during this research stage of my journey. I NEVER HAD SELF CONTROL WHEN EATING. I am learning that now. SO I can be prepared later.
