I just woke up. I got my raisin bran on. Now I got to hit my vitamins and water up. My exercise is going to be shopping and toting and lifting stuff.

I am on it, everytime I look at my stomach, I see a payment.
2 boiled eggs/turkey sausage
All vitamins
Spin Class 1 hour
Lunch - salmon patty/100 calorie flat bread/lettuce/tomato
Dinner - talapia/salad
Snacks- chobani greek yogur****ermelon/nuts if needed

1.  I had been threatening to get a fill for the past month, tried not to do so 'cause I thought I knew best...Got the fill two days ago, down almost two pounds.  2. Been talking about getting a new exercise routine in play...starting new one today with cardio and weights and went up from 3 lb. dumbbells to 5 lb. ones.  3.  Missed two days of workouts last week...will go back to routine of six days of exercise a week 'cause I feel better when I do so.  If I is stay out of my own way and out of my head this just might work!
