No Excuse Weekend
1. I had been threatening to get a fill for the past month, tried not to do so 'cause I thought I knew best...Got the fill two days ago, down almost two pounds. 2. Been talking about getting a new exercise routine in play...starting new one today with cardio and weights and went up from 3 lb. dumbbells to 5 lb. ones. 3. Missed two days of workouts last week...will go back to routine of six days of exercise a week 'cause I feel better when I do so. If I is stay out of my own way and out of my head this just might work!
