One year and 1 month out...BIG WOW
Hello Everyone. I have not been on the board in a while. But, I have not forgotten about everyone. I just wanted to stop and update my progress. Since surgery I am down about 125 pounds!!!!!! I feel great. Like a new person. I want to thank everyone for your help and encouragement along the way. I still want to lose about 20 pounds, and tone up a lot. I have a little baggy skin in the stomach, arms, and thighs. I will see what I can do on my own, but plastics might be the answer. I hope everyone is doing well on their journey. I hope to visit more often.
