Congrats on your decision. I didn't do the sleeve, you can always find more about that by going directly to the board for sleeves.

I'm new to the BAF forum as well and I had a sleeve done in 2007. It works great for most people and it worked well for me for about two years. I was losing nicely (80 lbs) and then I stalled and started regaining. I had my sleeve looked at by two docs and one said my sleeve wasn't performed correctly, the other said that the sleeve is fine but I need restriction and malabsorption to lose weight and maintain it. So, I'm having my sleeve revised to a full duodenal switch. Like I said before, most people do great with their sleeves; I just need to go the extra mile.
