i went to the eye doc yesterday - been seeing this guy since college - so about 15yrs. he's seen me in ALL the stages - well, I go yesterday and we chat for a bit - he's cool - blunt, but very good. Since my Bell's Palsy, my right eye is 'tricky' and he knows exactly how to get my script right...
anyway - he asks me about my progress, I tell him I've kept things down, had two PS - he asks about my habits and I tell him my exercise and eating - he then says.....
IF YOU CAN BE THIS ANAL ABOUT THAT NOW - YOU COULD HAVE BEEN BEFORE AND YOU WOULDN'T HAVE NEEDED THE SURGERY.

I told him there are a LOT of other components.... ADDICTION being one.... he then went into talking about this diet thing he's doing that some cardiologist is sponsoring..... no meat, no dairy and no bread....... he said I should try it.

So, I said nothing. In the end, though - my prescription has IMPROVED and I got my green colorblend contacts like I wanted *smile* hehehehhehehehehe
