Getting off to a slow start today .... slept late (which I
desperately needed) and so far haven't eaten or
planned anything.  Lemme git it togetha right here.


72 oz water (none down yet) 
All Vitamins (will do)
1 hour pool (evening)

Menu:

L - Protein Smoothie
D - Baked Chicken / asparagus / Green Beans
S - Cucumbers / salt, pepper, vinegar

Moving forward.  Thus far 50 grams of protein. All suppliments in.  32 oz of water in with atleast 32 more to go before noon. Heading to the pool later to do laps.  I'm on it!!

been feeling real sluggish lately....no in da mood to do anything. Went to the doctor yesterday for blood work to check my levels, won't get the results back for a week but I'm pretty sure my iron is low....back on pre-natal vitamins per the doctor!

Broke down and bought a diet coke this past weekend been drinkn' em' every since (Lawd help me)

I'm drinking water too so I'm not a total lost.

Appetite has been little to none...but I'mma do better

Weight is at 162 lbs

just pray for me

Weight loss has stalled, I have to figure out what works for me at this stage in the game.

 Pre surgery 300 lbs, lowest after 175 lbs, re-gain highest 249 lbs, current 211 lbs, goal 170 lbs!
