Post-Ops who have gained weight, BUT are taking it back off!!
this has been a GREAT week so far. i've been making good choices (including bypassing on some cookies at sam's) and getting my run on! my water intake has sky rocketed!! i feel great...let this trend continue!

I didn't get enough sleep last night - but other than that, I'm good!
Today - trying to decide what for lunch. Don't want anymore Subway (Jared is on my dayum nerves!) and I think I will do soup/salad from Jason's deli.
Dinner? Another tossup - but babygirl has been begging for Subway so I might have to roll with Jared today anyway.... hooohummmm.....
Tomorrow is the gym - looking to do 10min of jogging!!! yeaaaa!!!

I am feeling really discouraged because my weight loss is so freaking slow, I don't know why it's getting to me today but it is. I almost feel like saying **** it, but I can't cause i'll just get fatter.

I am doing okay, been sick with some sort of virus, son's graduation from high school last Fri and entertaining relatives from outta town. My eating wasn't great but I didn't gain anything.
Today I am feeling a little better. I will start back exercising on Monday or Sunday (want my virus to be gone and body rested)
Today for breakfast I had a protein shake.
Lunch probably turkey spaghetti
Dinner ?? Maybe chicken and salad from El Pol lo Loco
I am working a boxing event tonight, so I will burn some calories and can't eat for 11 hours.
I might take a protein bar as a snack for the drive home.
I have problems getting water in. Today goal is 6 glasses and will increase to 10 by Monday. That is my 1st goal.
