Not having a sleeve, I am not sure what foods to suggest other than to get back to the basics of healthy eating for your type of surgery.  Get your protein in. Be sure you are nutritionally healthy. Get your bloodwork checked.  Change it up. Eat new things. Get in touch with your NUT and get on the sleeve forum and ask for suggestions (if you haven't already).  They would know far better what works. I think you are on the right track as far as getting back to a gym that works for you and regaining control over your schedule.  Also, a new "re-gainers" forum has been started here and it has been very helpful. Lots of us are in the same boat so, don't panic.  Just get back on track and start where you are.  You can do this:)

Love is all there is, ever was or ever will be...

Hey Ms Butterflyy ..... woooo ... 1st let's just take some deep breaths
You don't say exactly how long it has been since you lost any weight
but I'm assuming "as of late" means, a few weeks. After a year the
weight loss slows down but you will still lose for up to 2 & 1/2 years
after wls although you will have to work a little for it. Sometimes there are stalls but I don't know much you can do about it other than stay on track with your food and exercise and ride it out. You might benefit from switching up your exercise routine a bit.

Sounds like a plan with the YMCA but if you can't make it all the time
maybe you could walk during your lunch break or use exercise videos
at home. The1st year after my wls I couldn't tolerate left overs very well.
You might have to prepare just enough for1 meal at a time.

There are so many options when it comes to food for someone who is
as far out as you are I couldn't name them all.  A few things I like are: stir fried meat & veggies, baked chicken, grilled seafood, soups and turkey
I try not to eat starchy veggies or excessive fruit because that is still sugar.

You really gotta take your vitamins, no excuses, it's for your health. You could get into some real trouble if you don't.  Overall you are blessed and have done well, 167 lbs .... heyyyy!  You're not sinking, just hold on and make the necessary adjustments. You can do it come here often for support. Start posting your food on some of the accountability posts and ask for feed back from others on what you're eating. You will also get ideas from other people's menus.

WHAT IN THE WORLD IS A PROTEIN LATTE

= Coffee Latte w/ protein
WHAT IS A PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
= Protein Powder w / fruit-yogurt-milk (whatever you want to add - to your taste)

I'M SICK OF EGGFACE       Now my question ...... What is Eggface?

Excellent. I love the way you put everything. And I will start a fresh. Eggface is also on Obesityhelp. She has thousands of menu ideas I guess you just have to play around with them. Just look her up she has her own website. I think it's eggface.com. Again thanks a billion. And you also keep up the good work.

.......with the protein shakes you really have to play with them.

I'm a very picky gal and tolerating very little with my very new sleeve but I am making....and wasting alot to come up with something I can stand any given moment.

Don't bother with a zillion different brands and flavors just get unflavored or vanilla protein and a blender and whatever kind of sf syrup flavor you may want/like.  protein, soy milk or milk or water, a few tablespoons of jiffy peanut butter and a squirt of chocolate syrup and ice (or not)....splenda to taste.  Or add some coffee....or strawberry flavor.... or fruit if you like (I hate fruits so its flavor for me) You have to get that protein in if you cant eat all in foods.  Even if you have to add some higher calorie stuff or not so great things.  Protein is so important...like those vitamins...those are quality of life necessary.
You can either stop dreaming and face reality or keep dreaming & create your reality.

If you have cable see if you have fitTV.  They have all kinds of workouts and healthy stuff there.  Also see if you have "free on demand" service because they have exercise TV and Magrack that have all kinds of workouts from dance, cardio, walking, yoga, Pilates, ect.  Magrack has stuff under their fitness and exercise heading and they don't have as many as the other two but it is amazing what you can find there.  Free on demand and Magrack are 24/7 so you can fit in into your schedule.  These services keeps me from paying for a gym membership, I do it in my home and at my own comfort level and I do it when I find/make the time for it.  Good luck.
