LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Late but holding myself accountable. Wednesday, Good. Thursday, Fair. Today, so far so good.
Wednesday I had no gym access but I pissed off the folks down stairs and ran indoors for an hour, no treadmill, lol. It was a long day but I got it done. I also got all my water in and the vits down and met my protein goal for the day.
Thursday no workout. I**** too long a day and I was wiped out. Eating was not the best. I struggled for the protein but I got it all in. The pouch was feeling only the easy to digest stuff like carby junk foods. No binging, I kept calorie control, I think. Dinner was an egg fu young combo plate and I have no idea what the calorie count of one omlet is. I skipped the eggroll and just tasted the rice. Once full I destroyed the remainder so I would not graze later. I did succumb to a late night snack of two oz of snack foods but it was measured and calorie controlled. Water was deficient, only got about half. Made my protein goal. It was a high carb day but not out of control.
Today, so far so good. No exercise, doctors orders but I'll be back on it next week. It will be Thai food tonight. My first post op venture into a Thai restaurant. I will act like I have some good sense.

I had all my protein for today, I had my liquids, my vitamins came today in the mail, so tomorrow I will be back on track with that. I also did my workout for today. My TM is broken, but I did my tae bo and drove myself to the gym. I promised myself that I would do five days a week. I am proud of myself for doing my workouts. Food I have not conquered just yet, however, I am working on it. Each day is my struggle, but I am going to keep trying until I get it right. Hope you have a wonderful weekend. Thanks for listening.
