I'm about to go down to the cafeteria and grab my usual 5 pcs of bacon and some scrambled eggs and protein coffee.

not so good this mornin , 1/3 crueller donut and rasberry activia yogurt .....forgot mornin vits but on track with H2O

protein shake mixed with milk, frozen fruit, natural peanut butter, cottage cheese, sugar free jam...ON POINT! and filling!  protein will not be a problem today...lol
