I'm on my third cup of coffee.
My single serve blender broke I did not feel like getting out the large blender so my usual protein shake was a no go this morning. I did not have time to fix anything else. Trying to decide if I will go in hunt of something low carb at a local eatery cause a sister sho nuf hungry. Poor planning on my part! I knew last night that the blender was broke when I tried to make an evening snack smoothie.
I did drink some water and I am getting ready to take vitamins...my routine is all haywire today.
