I swear by resistance bands. I am too scared to lift anything...I have a real fear of getting a hernia. Now I wish there were bands for boobs 

I lost roughly ten pounds two weeks before the wedding. I was stressed and my eating suffered badly.

I have one son by my deceased husband. He's in the third pic to the right. He's also in my dancing picture. The girls are Mike's and the baby is Mike's grandson.

Michelle is from BAF. She was my surgical angel and my bestie IRL

FYI...Dr. Cahill is now practicing out of Dyer, instead of Olympia Fields. He still has his practice in Evergreen but Dyer is easier for me. I have to see him on June 30th.
