HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
Cardio and strength training done last night. Got cardio tonight after work (TM).
Tryna stay on point with protein. Had my protein coffee this morning along with my usual bacon. Chicken pot pie for lunch. Having another protein coffee in a little bit.
Feeling good. Scale said 184 this morning. Lot better than the 187's I had been seeing. Need to kick up my cardio a notch or two. Don't like running fast, so will increase the incline on the TM. Will also add some stepper action to my cardio sessions.
Been staying away from that 7 up pound cake. That stuff is evil; I sh*t you not!! Thankfully my addiction to it is evidenty over.
Other than that, I'm good.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'm not going to even try 7 up cake because I already know I will be eating an entire cake each day. I don't know what's up with me and sweets. it wasn't this bad before . I was more of a food person. Not really a junk food junky.Oh well. today has been cool. I did an hour on the TM and burned 400 cal, so it said. I had wheat chex and low fat milk for breakfast. Snack I had a half cup low fat milk to help with my workout. Wasn't in the mood for a protein shake. Then lunch I had a lean cusine(salibury & mac N cheese). Took the kids to the park and played and walked some more. I had 4 sushi rolls, 4 wontons, 4 pieces of teriyaki chicken, and a small salad . Sounds like a lot, but I needed those calories. Then I went to the market and walked around. When I don't have healthy food in the house I tend to eat the not so healthy. Took my son outside to start teaching him how to ride a two wheel bike. That was exhausting. Then I had another snack- banana, south beach fiber bar, and some gram crackers that are shaped like lil dog bones. Did I mention the large diet pop? Yep had one of those too. That gave me energy. i guess that is the effect caffeine has on a person. If I had any type of control i would stop now because it is 7pm. However, I know I am going to eat at least one more time. But I will have baked chicken and brussel sprouts. Is it too soon to do the 5 day pouch test?
