Good morning WEDNESDAY folks.  Another day, another opportunity to suceed.  

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.
 
Are you doing it right this week?  Is your plan in place and are you working it?  If you need to make adjustments do it.  None of this waiting till next week to start again.  Let any slip ups go and get back on your game immediately. 

Be it re loosing those added pounds, active weight loss, your pre op diet, or your pre approval diet: You CAN and you WILL do this.  Remember the basics: protein,water,vitamins, excercise.

 Hey lady!!!!

Major accomplishment today...... very corny..... I RAN!!!!  yep!  jogged on the treadmilll for 7 min and was able to look up at the TV without flying off the back of the machine!!!!!!!

Yep - it's corny, but it's major to me - I've never done that before!  I have always done the power walk on the treadmill because my balance and coordination sucked so bad.  So, I did a full 20min of cardio instead of 10.  YEAH ME! hehehehehhee

I will stay on point today - I have 250 cal burned, that should allow me to get thru the day without trying to lick the inside of the peanut butter cracker wrapper.....

Corny my @$$ that is a major accomplishment.  My first time on the elliptical was five minutes and I thought it would take me out, lol.   Its a good feeling to watch your endurance grow stronger.  Congrats!

That is great MM, I know how hard running is, when I started I couldn't run for a full minute and I worked myself up to running 2 straight hours and training for a marathon before my knees turned to ****

So far on point, almost.  Got the protein in but way lagging on the water.  Cir****tances kept me from my workout.  It will be that kind of week but I will do exercise lite if I can't get to my routine.  I must get something in as this is where my calorie deficit comes from.  No work out no weight loss for me. 

Today will be rough because I'm on the road and I tend to graze in the car.  I'm prepared with raw veg, turkey pepperoni and fruit to get me through.  It will be a low cal grazing.  As much as I hate to admit it the grazing keeps me alert and reduces fatigue while driving.  I will be healthy snacking all day. 

Hopefully there is a gym at the hotel and I can get an hours cardio in.  If not, I travel with a walking dvd for workout lite.  Water will be a challenge but I'm still trying.  Protein goal 75-100g, all vits, 80 oz water includig 20 oz plain water are the plan for the day.

I did great yesterday food wise and water was on point. I did not gett to exercise because weather looked like rain but it didn't n me and the treadmill don't get alone.

So today, 40oz water already down
protein late down
vitamins on the way
another protein smoothie in about an hour
chicken gumbo for lunch no rice
baked chicken for dinner
hopefully 4 mies today if weather permits

  I have a confession....I need to be accountable for vits! 
I have been terrible at this since my surgery a couple months ago! 
I HATE taking meds now.  I was taking so much stuff for pain and antibiotics that now all I take is the stuff I HAVE to take....Nexium, water pills and potassium (daily)

I know I need to get the vits back in there...but SHEESH!

I know the feeling.  I got over four dozen (you read that right) pills a day to swallow plus the vits.  NO MERCY AND NO ECUSES!  Go take your vits.
