Forum surfing
Well look what stumbled on, sorta kinda a newbie.. I dont have a surgery date yet. I am on 6mo supv diet 2 dwn-4 to go..glad I do have the time to read and research. Some days I get confused and some days I just have to back away from OH. I try to read the good, the bad & the ugly. So glad sometimes I do have a place to go for support, cause sometimes friends and family dont get. its a pleasure to meet everyone on this forum..Peace & Blessings to all
