Ignore your "don't wannas."
Ignore your "don't wannas."
Do you ever wake up and think, "I don't wanna follow my regimen today."? When you have that feeling, instead of dwelling on it, focus your thoughts on your next right action. Tell yourself, "I can get up and take my vitamins." Then do it.
Each time you feel doubt or dread, switch your focus to what is in front of you. You can do this next thing--even if you can't follow your program all day. As you go through your day, though, keep doing the next right thing. You'll be thrilled with how much you get done.
Action for the day: Don't entertain your feelings of dread or hopelessness today. Focus on what is possible in the moment--not on what you have coming up later on.
