Post-ops who have gained weight.....
I was on a 4-day vacation in Chicago doing the birthday celebration thang so I didn't follow my eating plan strictly. We walked the entire downtown area for 4 days straight so I'm sure I walked off whatever I did eat. All in all, the worst thing I ate was probably the 1 slice of Deep dish stuffed pizza.
Today, I'm back on the grind! Still sober of my Mickey D's Sweet Tea!!!! I believe it's like 2 weeks now.

I at right on Friday and Sunday. Saturday was a disaster. Today, I had strawberries, a grilled chicken salad and lots of water. I did not even go to water aerobics over the weekend. I am happy to say that my late night grazing is slowly getting under control. I am drinking isopure right now. I'm trying to get back into the serious protein shakes instead of slimfast.

I did good over weekend. I had a convention Friday, Sat and Sun. My plan was to wear pedometer and get 8000 steps in all 3 days. I never have a problem eating at convention times because we can prepare our own snacks and lunches for break times.
Friday I only got about 3000 steps in. Hard to keep walking and chatting with friends I have not seen in a while. So I knew I had to switch the plan for Sat and Sun. So on Sat and Sun I got up and did Leslie Sansone DVD before the convention so I could make sure to get in my 8000 steps and get a good calorie burn also. Well mission was accomplished. Saturday and Sunday I exceeded 8000 steps. Saturday almost reached 10,000 clocking in over 9600 steps.
Eating was all good including Sunday dinner. Every morning we stopped by MickyD's and I was so tempted to get the $1 sandwich I usually would get when I got off track in the 1st place, but I held my ground and ate my boiled eggs, chicken, etc that I had planned and in my bag for breakfast. And let my riders get the fattening Micky D's fare. One of my friends kept offering me junk and to by breakfast every day but I declined most offers. I had some of her junk but I was OK with it because I was exercising and I was careful to only get a taste and be done with it.
Thanks for having this check in because I was very proud of myself for staying on track most of the time this weekend.

Hey weekend ok didn't gain lost .5 which ain't nothing but 4 me it is I gain at least 2 over the weekend now if I take my butt back to excercise class I will be fine it's my new weave lol that's got me slackin takin my daughter to charlotte next weekend and gettin my braids in then it's on
