Post-ops who have gained weight.....
I did pretty well over the weekend - even though it was bad. I did give in to a bottle of Reisling Sat night....... but that was the only drink of the week.
Worked out with the trainer Sat morning
Set up my food and fridge - so there's no BS laying around to tempt me. I also have my week mapped out so I will stay on track.

On the other hand I did NOT do any late night grazing, if I wanted something I made a protein shake and that got old so I just dran****d tea.
I did a little exercise this weekend, doing any exercise is good for me I love to walk. I perfer walking outside but when it's too hot I use the treadmill.
I've decided to add one glass of water or other beverage per day unil I increase my fluids so far so good.
Vitamins----oops..........I'll go take them now.
I have lost 2 pounds and I think I am loosing inches I can tell by the way my clothes are fitting (too big).

weekend? Are you kidding me? My problem is I do not eat on time and I dont eat enough to sustain me or make me have results and yes got to get rid of junk food.
I had one meal saturday and one sunday. i must get this working again I have too much at stake.
so I am going shopping to day and stock myself right with what I need and putting myself first for a change..I did this in the beginning so screw everybody else until I get me right. thanks.
