How did you do over the weekend?

What's the plan?

I'm proud to say that I am still cookie sober!!! 
Still getting in 1 gallon of water per day
Still exercising intensely
My late night grazing is pretty much under control

I will be purchasing a new scale to see how my efforts are paying off.

I did pretty well over the weekend - even though it was bad.  I did give in to a bottle of Reisling Sat night....... but that was the only drink of the week. 

Worked out with the trainer Sat morning

Set up my food and fridge - so there's no BS laying around to tempt me.  I also have my week mapped out so I will stay on track.

The dessert thing got me this weekend.  The FAT devil made me eat several slices of coconut custard pie.  Desserts have become my new craving. I've never craved desserts in my life until the past 6 months or so.  This is my number one mission to curb the sweet cravings.

On the other hand I did NOT do any late night grazing, if I wanted something I made a protein shake and that got old so I just dran****d tea. 

I did a little exercise this weekend, doing any exercise is good for me I love to walk. I perfer walking outside but when it's too hot I use the treadmill.

I've decided to add one glass of water or other beverage per day unil I increase my fluids so far so good.

Vitamins----oops..........I'll go take them now.

I have lost 2 pounds and I think I am loosing inches I can tell by the way my clothes are fitting (too big).

weekend?  Are you kidding me?  My problem is I do not eat on time and I dont eat enough to sustain me or make me have results and yes got to get rid of junk food. 

I had one meal saturday and one sunday.  i must get this working again I have too much at stake.

so I am going shopping to day and stock myself right with what I need and putting myself first for a change..I did this in the beginning  so screw everybody else until I get me right. thanks.

The weekend was good for me, I stayed on track

with my exercise, water, vitamins, and food.  Serious

about doing it again this week.  Thanks for the motivation Cookie.

Stayed on my points this weekend, slacked off on my water yesterday.

It's so easy for me to eat this way, I love it.

I did ok except for Friday Night I had a couple of drinks. Haven't been getting my water in like I'm suppose to but today is  new day. I am tracking my food intake and drinking my water. So far so good today.

Shay I was gonna say at least you are drinking a low carb beverage but that's NOT going to be my comment............STAY AWAY from the Vodka for many reasons that include weight gain F-

I know about the drinking...between shopping and drinking my vices are going to be my undoing. Hell I got a Father's Day gift....and even though I got one for Mother's Day and am not a mother I think this is probably pushing it.  What does one typically get for Arbor Day?
