I am on it still - have an appt with my plastic surgeon today.

today -

B- protein shake, toast, bowl of cereal
S  yogurt and pear
L - might not get to it, appt and then nails
D - greek salad and some meat (BBQ sausage or asian chicken)

water is gonna be the challenge.

I did OK.  No junk food this weekend.  I'm down another half pound to 153.   Four more to go and I'll be in the 140's.

Protein shake

For dinner, I don't have a plan.  I'm going to the comedy house tonight and need to have a strategy to avoid their food.  :)

Perhaps, I'll do shrimp before I leave.
