My goal this week is 5 pounds, I   will weigh on Sunday.
So far today I have have had 33.8 oz of water 67.6 more to go..
protein shake with 3 strips of bacon, i read a post here some one stated to try to get 20 grams of protein each meal, I am trying to do that  and I hope that  it will work!  I plan to walk 3 miles this evening with  my sauna suit, I love it because I am dripping wet after i walk, so hopefully that means inches are coming off!  Time will tell....

I guess this is true the early bird catches the worm...You people get up early doing the darn thing. I know there is an hour difference in our time zone. But you have already had 60oz of water and I have yet to have a dropI have been up almost an hour.  A lesson learned...get up drinking...

I can is right, I can and I will.   My intent is to down 2 of my 50.7 oz bottles of waters, take all vitamins.  drink at least 3 protein shakes today and 1  protein smoothie and if I feel hungry in all of this one
green salad.  Preparing for an all liguid program.

Today is a homework day but starting Wednesday it is pool workout.

I NEED the recipe for the cabbage lasagna.  That sounds delicious.  I will substitute ground turkey for beef.

The Cabbage Lasagna is good and I have served it to
guests and they love it.  I have used beef and turkey,
both are good.  I don't really use a recipe but I'm gonna just
rough it out here:

Cabbage Lasagna
Ground Turkey or Beef (browned, drained)
Pasta or Spaghetti Sauce (jar or can or make your own)
Onion, Bell Pepper, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Oregano, 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
Par-boiled Cabbage Leaves (whiter leaves, cut to size of pasta, & dried well)
Cheese (whatever kind you like) I use Cheddar, Provolone, Mozzarella

Par-boil cabbage.  Make up Meat Sauce as you would
for regular Lasagna or Spaghetti sauce.  Cut cooled, dried cabbage
to manageable size pieces (similar to pasta). Shred cheese.

Spray a casserole dish with PAM and begin to layer meat, cheese and cabbage.  Start with meat finish with cheese layer.
Bake same as usual Lasagna ****il cheese is melted, browned and all bubbly).  Let stand about 10 - 15 minutes to cool/set before cutting.

For variation I have added chunks of Turkey Kielbasa, Pepperoni or Andoille Sausage to the meat sauce and sometimes I add 1 layer of
cottage cheese.

Just like regular Lasagna .. it is better the next day.  Let me know how you
like it.

The cabbage lasagna sounds good.  Do you cook the cabbage before layering it?  What do you put in it?

It is good Hope.  Yes I cook the cabbage for about 5 or 6

minutes.  I put the wholeleaves into boiling water.  Then after they
cool I cut them into pieces.  I cook it in a 13" by 9" rectangular

glass (Pyrex) dish.  If you make it let me know how you like

it.
