LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I am back on my game. Back to my cardio and strength. Back to tracking before I eat it. Back to staying on plan.
There was a lot rolling through this empty head of mine last week and I allowed self abuse to take hold. I've sat myself down and had a talk: "What's this all about?" I asked. Then I listened and of course it was not about the food. It was about my conditioned response to the same old issues. I bought the wrong foods to facilitate the behavior. I did not loose control being around junk food. I bought junk food in response to cir****tances that I felt were out of my control. Know your head isues folks.
Yesterday was better but not good. I'm still struggling with water and although I'm not hitting my mark I'm still bloated and retaining retaining fluid. Odd thing is I'm thirsty yet I don't want to sip. I will get it all down today.
Today's plan: Protein 75-100g/ Water 20 oz plain & 80 oz liquids total/ Cardio 1 hour/ Strength total body free weights/ Vitamins, buy calcium and iron and take them!!! Replenish those multis before they run out. I WILL DO THIS!

I am going to have to work on my water again today, I did ok yesterday but it should have been better.
I'm getting my arms pumped back up for the summer and man are my shoulders and biceps sore. I absolutely love when my shoulders and biceps are sore, that means growth.

Damn straight I will do this. My talk with me is allowing me to take back control. Just journaled about it. Its so important to understand yourself.
I'm back to working out this week, yay! I've missed it and my body is aching for that good kind of sore you're talking about. Pump it up girl!

72 oz water (52 oz already down)
All vitamins (taken)
2 hours water-stuff
B - Protien Shake
S - 1 oz dry roast peanuts
L - 3 bbq Ribs / 1/2 cup Collards
D - Catfish / small Salad
S - Protein Shake or 2 bbq Ribs (if desired)

I hit the gym this morning for cardio - came back to the crib to do kettlebells. Just felt like kettle instead of dumb for the morning....lol
B - protein shake, toast, fried egg
L - subway 6'' oven roasted chicken breast sub
D - greek salad and BBQ chicken thigh
S - 100cal yogurt, pear
Already 1 of 3 liters down on water, vitamins are done. I'm looking to move mountains this week!!!

We can do this! I am not weighing again till Saturday. My goal is 5 pounds. I will be walking this evening at least 3 to 4 miles, I purchased yesterday a sauna suit and hopefully I get good results! My plan is to walk at least 4 daysthis week. My appetite is weird, I know I am not eating enough,but the urge to eat is just not there. I drink 100oz + of water. I gotta find a way to get my protein in order for these pounds to fall off. So far today I have had:
Breakfast: 4oz of grlled ryebye steak 1 scrambled, I couldnt eat the egg.
so far 40oz of water
lunch 1/2 c chicken salad with muscle milk to drink
Dinner... I dont know yet
