Stocked up on my 1 point snacks and breakfast bars at WW this morning, cause I only have 1 more meeting before I leave for my trip.   I am going to eat well while i'm gone, but i'm still eating some bad i'll just make sure I track it.   Hoping to come home lighter than I left, but i'm saying that now.  LOL LOL

I have to work on my water this week,  I slacked off a bit at the end of last week.

Feeling really thin today.

I'm not re loosing.  Damn I'm still five from goal but I am way off track.  No excuses Sat applies to me too.  No need to gain before I can learn from you vets. 

I will get it together cause I'm all out of junk food.  I've had 10 oz of animal crackers (880 calories); six packs of peanut butter crackers (720 calories); and  5 oz of pretzels (500 calories) this week.  That's a box of each in single serving packs.

From my keyboard to God's ears:  No more junk food enters this house!

I went grocery shopping today so that I can get all of my proteins and salads in this week like I am supposed to.  Not having the proper foods on hand are always my downfall.
