I'm not there yet but I'm working on it. Yesterday I let slip on the vits and continued my struggle with my normal diet and water. Its getting better. Eventually my ego won't lt me continue to post repeated failure. I do not like to fail and I can't lie about it . Besides, I'm all out of junk food. I ate it all.
Today I'm starting with a protein breakfast and water. Gonna get the vits out now. I'm back on this although my head still isn't straight. Enough already. I'm bored sick of my own bull**** I've got to pull it together.

I had sushi, 2 WW ice creams, and still stayed in my points, but I only had one water bottle, I need my ass beat.
So today I plan to get in all my water, and no salt, after all that dam soy sauce yesterday
My goal is to get to 185 before I leave in two weeks, that is 2 pounds, I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but I lose super slowly.

Sushi is something I have been craving for the last month. It is one of my favorite foods. I might have to start back eating it next month at least once a week. Low sodium soy sauce for me too. Once you mix it with the wasabi its all lovely. Cooking at home is cool, but some days eating out just makes me feel good. Subway is another place i enjoy. If I was in California I would be at el pollo loco all the time. LOL> I love the salsa and chicken. Just brought back some memories. LOL
I've never had el pllo loco but folks sure make it sound good.
I've eaten out alot this week cause I have not been up to cooking. I don't care much for the domestic goddess routine but I will cook a family size meal and freeze portions. Cook meat & veg once or twice a week and you almost always have a freezer full.
Its much easier to stick with the program if you have a variety of meals handy.
