Need Stewed Chicken Recipe

 Does anyone have a recipe for stewed chicken in the crock pot?  I'm a little over three weeks and am trying to eat something other than deviled eggs.

 I like food network's site for recipes - I've tried several and they have all turned out great.  I've never made stewed chicken before, but I did a quick search and this one looks good:

The one that Mack Mama posted sounded really good.  But my Mom taught me how to make a much simpler version..... 

You just use:

Chicken parts of your choice
Water (only about 1/4 of the way full) plus 3-4 Knorr brand boullion cubes
OR: use chicken broth (only about 1/4 of the way full) then
onion
green bell pepper
1 can of Cream of chicken soup

Boil all ingredients and enjoy.
