HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
Caught up at the gym last night. One more cardio session required to complete the week's goal. Anything after that is bonus baby!!! I'll go head and knock that sh*t out today while it's fresh on my mind.
Had a couple pieces of fish for lunch, bacon and protein coffee for Bfast. Probably at about 50+ grams of protein right now. Shooting for at least 50 more twix now and bed time.
Weight was 185.xx this morning. Still about 2 lbs under goal. Was loving the days when I was 180-181. Don't see too many of them any more. But that's fine. I'm still lose in them 34's. Plus I haven't been the most disciplined with carbs after work either. I'm sure cutting back will easily knock them few lbs right on out.
Staying motivated, dedicated. It's the only way.
