HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
yeah, I struggle most days trying to get just 100 grams. And I was told I should be pushing for at least 150-200 grams per day since I'm active. I just can't see it at this point. Just to make 100, I have to make sure I get at least 20 for breakfast , 20/lunch and a shake for snack. That puts me at at least 60. Then it's another 20 for dinner and another shake for the last 20 at night.
So, to add another 50 to 100 to that erry day? I'm a little over a year out and I've pretty much been on this schedule for the past several months and my year out labs said my protein was fine, so I'm sticking to it for now. Your right; I'd rather eat than have shakes. I've run out of good tasting shakes. It's a chore now days to drink em. Ughhh! lol
