yesterday was a good one. Today will be, as well. my intent is to walk home from work today, its about 2.5 miles, then hit the punching bag.
My water needs to be better, my eating has always been in check, though I will slip from time to time. I just NEED to be better about the vitamins. :(

PC you know dam well I know the count for a small bag of peanut m&m's. 5 Points baby. I haven't had any in months, they are just not worth the points for me right now. I will be enjoying them on my trip because the m&m's in Europe are delicious, they roast the peanuts really hard and it taste so roasty. Love um.

(I filled a pill container to leave in my desk drawer; great idea because sometimes I forget to bring my daily dose).
Water......working on it still a struggle
Brain.....focused
my co-worker has a large bag of about 4 different types of potato chips in his desk drawer & he encourages us to visit the drawer anytime we want..........Cookies' mere mention of chips brought this to mind.......... but not today.
I'm really trying to keep these menopausal sweet cravings at bay by eating a piece or two of sugar free candy every day hope this works as a solution to my craving sweets...so far so good
