It went great, actually - I just don't like the skirt thingee - too girly for me. I'm on the hunt now for a halter top one piece and some boy shorts - that's more my stee-low.... LOL!!!!

Yesterday was aiight...... until the night. Had an emotional issue - and didn't handle it well. My solution involved a trip to the liquor store and a bubble bath..... the bath was a good choice, the liquor store... not so much.
So this morning I was in hangover HADES and to pay pennence, I went to the gym and nailed my workout - forced myself to do 4.5mph on the treadmill for the ENTIRE 15 min (I usually start at 4.3 and work up) - then a lil weight work. It was good except for the HEADACHE I had the whole time...... urrrggghhhhhh
My eating was cool - but who knows how many calories I drowned down......... and I was bloated this morning too - DAYUM DAYUM DAYUM
anyhoo - back on today:
B- protein shake, toast w/fried egg
L - greek salad from panera
D - am taking my kid and my neighbor's grandkids to Subway tonight, so either a veggie delight or an oven roasted chicken breast 6'' for me - NO CHIPS, NO COOKIES
And will be doing kettlebell work tomorrow morning (more pennance)
If I could just figure out how NOT to react to things by drowning my feelings in 80 proof or stronger beverages, I could have this whole weight gain thing LICKED! LMAOOOOOO
