Post-ops who have re-gained and are now Re-losing!

I did ok.  I am very bloated, can even feel it in my face and so the scale is surely to be up.   I did 40 boy push ups yesterday and that was the only exercise I did. 

I ate well and drank all my water

i took your advice and rolled outta bed at 5am so after talking myself OUT of going back to sleep, i got all ready to do my 3 miles...exercise gear, check...shoes, check...ipod charged, check...ear plugs...where are my ear plugs?!?!?!  checked purse, no plugs, rechecked dresser...no plugs...checked teenage son's room...found plugs....BROKEN!!!!  let's just say the F-Bomb was flying at 5:30 this morning!!!  no treadmill for me, but will be on it tonight...UGH!

I did too.  I am too dang old for PMS!!!  I did eat well, curried chicken, a tiny bit of rice, and tempura sweet potatoes.  I pulled weeds instead of going to the gym  I am bloated right now and sCARED to weigh.  LOL.

Didn't have a good day yesterday...out celebrating with my grand-daughter for her graduation, but I'm back on track and focused today.  Pushing myself to eat...not much of an appetite.

EM -   Chocolate Protein Shake

Today I did the elliptical for 30 minutes... I actually intended to do an hour, but my schedule was a little different today. I still have about 33 more oz. of water to get in... tomorrow is my day!! (I too have a sleeping pill on tap to keep me asleep.... hahaha!) Vitamins, protein, and supplements are all on point.... I just have to get my water together today....

I'm finally getting back on track -- there were no problems with my band and my dr. has started the fill process again.  Thank goodness I only gained 12 pounds and they are now gone!!!!

I'm now back on track to reaching my goal.  I still need to work on eating breakfast
