Today my plans are;
72 oz water
pre-natal multi
biotin
calcium
omega-3
vitamins D & B-12
cod liver
aloe vera
Menu;
b -protein shake / apple
l - salad topped w / cold cuts & cheese
d - salmon / green beans / salad
s - scoop tuna salad (if needed)
water aerobics and swimming for 2 hours
We will get there a day at a time.

I am happy to report that I am still "sober" from the Mickey D's Sweet Tea! I've lost track of the days but I quit last week and haven't had a drop of the stuff since then.
My plan for today is:
B - coffee
S - Protein drink
L - 2 baked chicken wings, brocolli/cheese, corn
S - protein drink
D - ???? (hair appt and packing to do after work so I'll probably just grab a salad.
Still eating 4-6 huge (44 oz) cups of ice daily so hopefully that counts as my water.

I'm good - stayed right and tight on eating but didn't get the water in I would have liked - I will be more focused today.
