Post-ops who have re-gained and are now Re-losing!

Yesterday was one of my best days ever!

I worked out like a demon at the gym.  I did no night snacking/grazing and I was able to get over a gallon of water in. 


Today will be even greater!!

YES WE CAN!!

I felt like I was floating yesterday but I did not get anywhere near a gallon!  I'm working on it :)   Late night snacking well I errr umm I'll get better with that because as of last night all of the unhealthy temptations are in the trash.

 I had to take a sleeping pill to keep my azz in the bed all night.  We can do it.

Today my plans are;

72 oz water
pre-natal multi
biotin
calcium
omega-3
vitamins D & B-12
cod liver
aloe vera

Menu;

b -protein shake / apple
l - salad topped w /  cold cuts & cheese
d - salmon / green beans / salad
s - scoop tuna salad (if needed)

water aerobics and swimming for 2 hours

We will get there a day at a time.

I am happy to report that I am still "sober" from the Mickey D's Sweet Tea!  I've lost track of the days but I quit last week and haven't had a drop of the stuff since then. 

My plan for today is:

B - coffee
S - Protein drink
L - 2 baked chicken wings, brocolli/cheese, corn
S - protein drink
D - ????  (hair appt and packing to do after work so I'll probably just grab a salad.

Still eating 4-6 huge (44 oz) cups of ice daily so hopefully that counts as my water.

Hey Cookie!!!

I'm good - stayed right and tight on eating but didn't get the water in I would have liked - I will be more focused today.

B - protein shake, toast w/egg
L - Veggie delight from subway 6''
D - ????? not sure, but will think of something before the end of my work day

Didn't forget my vitamins this morning either!

Hey Cookie,
I have been on point since June 1st. Getting 20 net grams of carbs per day or less and uping my protein and water. I've lost about 5 pounds. Regain is no joke.........

 Pre surgery 300 lbs, lowest after 175 lbs, re-gain highest 249 lbs, current 211 lbs, goal 170 lbs!
