All I can say is thanks for keeping me MOTIVATED u and salty pickle have been GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I need it BAD right now u just don't know THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did well over the weekend.  I didn't wake up grazing all night and I swam laps.  Today, I have made some progress:

1.  38 oz of water
2.  16 oz of coffee.  :(
3.  Turkey breast slices wrapped in provolone cheese.
4.  Vitamins
5.  power bar
6.  Weigh watcher's ice bar.

We can do this!!!

Gym 5:30 AM - check
Breakfast - Protein Shake/ banana
Snack - 4 oz. tuna/ apple
Lunch - Turkey salad on baby spinach from Quiznos
Afternoon Snack - Protein shake
Dinner - Probably salmon and spinach that all depends on whether I can get someone to cook for me, lol.

Cookie girl i have gained weight but have taken a few off. I'm going to do all my 80 oz of water and vits.....Eating late is my problem darn 11 o clock news

I didn't do so good today, weekend was ok, didn't lose, didn't gain. 

Tonight gonna walk the dogs for 30mins and drink a shake for dinner.

Tomorrow I am gonna get serious about this thing.
Will walk 30mins at lunch
Drink 64oz water
Get in my vitimins
and leave the bread the heyl alone!!!
God is good all the time!!

I am with you Cookie, I just happened to pop my head in here on BAF. Haven't been here in awhile and you have this post up. I just got back on track on June 1st and have lost 5 pounds. I am counting carbs and taking in 20 or less net carbs per day. It's hard but I was eating way too much starchy stuff. We can do this!!

 Pre surgery 300 lbs, lowest after 175 lbs, re-gain highest 249 lbs, current 211 lbs, goal 170 lbs!
