Join this "movement" to get the weight back off

Admit that you are indeed gaining (the dryer is not causing your clothes to shrink)
Identify the habits/issues that are causing the weight gain.
Find a realiable accountability partner (BAF will do if you do not have one)
Make a plan
Take it one day at a time

Last week was good for me.....except yeterday. I acted a darn fool, but I'm back on it.  Already had 32 oz of water, all morning vitamins, and a shot of protein.  I will be going to the gym later to do a serious upperbody workout and sprints on the treadmill.

Those of you who have Android phones -- download cardio trainer and calorie counter apps.  The calorie counter app will allow you to scan the barcode of any food item and upload to your phone.  It is great to keep up with the calories/fat/carbs, etc that you intake.

Good morning Beautiful

Great post and great inspiration!  I have not felt better about getting the most out of my experience in a long time. I never lost the faith, but it was not on the forefront.

My biggest problem is getting in enough food and the right food that is my challenge and I am sitting down today with paper and pin to make it work.

supplements are ready to go,. Water is rdy. getting rdy to make my smoothie.  everything else is in the planning stages.  I have hope ...will put it is a separate post.

this past weekend went well.  i got up early saturday morning and jumped on the treadmill.  i jogged non-stop for 2 miles!  woot!!!  i walked an additional mile.  i was 'spose to get up this morning and do the same thing.  my mind has a hard time wrapping around that concept during the work week...lol  howeva, i will be on the treadmill tonight.  food has been decent.  restriction level is definitely on point!  LET'S DO THIS!!!

Hey, Cookie

I've already started drinking my water.  I forgot my vitamins this morning but will take when I get home. 


My pouch is still working, so my portions are still kinda small..yeah, I have the stomach of a five year old still. lol

Going home tonight and working out on my punching bag with my boxing gloves for a half-hour or so.  I worked out at the gym this weekend and decided to keep it home tonight. 

I REFUSE to go back to nearly 400 lbs!  REFUSE!

I was in the gym this morning, bright and early! 

b - protein shake, one slice toast w/ egg
l - greek salad w/chicken
d - BBQ beef, salad

snack - pear and walnuts

Already have 1 liter of water down, 2 to go - but I forgot to take my vitamins before i left for work!   dang!!!!  I will catch those bad boys tonight when I get in.......
