OT: NACA HOME SAVE TOUR ATL

If you are behind on your mortgage or even have an auction/ foreclosure date for your home they can help. Get thee to ATL for the HOME SAVE TOUR. Folks with financial hardship are coming out with loan modifications as low as 2%. They will be open round the clock at the World Congress Center until 8pm Tuesday. Bring patience and clean draws, lol. Folks have been there from Thursday afternoon waiting for it to open Friday morning. Thousands have been there from opening to late Saturday night but they left with a modified mortgage and an affordable payment. It ia a hurry up and wait situation.  I bought my home using the NACA program - I LOVE IT!!!!!!  A truly wonderful program - the process is tedious but it IS worth it.

I joined NACA in May 2010 looking now I'm looking for a home.

I too purchase my home through NACA, it a great program.  I will have to say you will definitely need to bring patience.  I love NACA and very big fan.

I wish I knew about the purchase program when I bought my last two houses.  I'll be calling NACA when next I'm ready to relocate. 

I am glad to see that someone is going after the predator lenders.  NACA  supports  borrowers needing protection from foreclosure.  Banks are working double time to side step the foreclosure prevention programs President Obama has made available.
