Im at work today, but so far Ive drank 32 ounces of water
Im going out in a bit to walk my booty off during my lunch hour
and come back in to finish off the remainder of 2nd bottle of 32ounces of water.......
As for the eating...Im talking myself into healthy choices today. (one meal at a time)

Weigh In Day at Weigh****chers, I lost 1.4 pounds this week for a total of 11 pounds. YES!! YES !!! YES !!!!
It is coming off slow but it is coming off and that is more than I can say for anything else I have been doing for the last past 3 years.
I got discouraged last week but i'm feeling good again. I'm hoping to lose 2 1/2 more pounds before we leave for our trip in 3 weeks.

Worked out with my trainer this morning!
B-fast - protein shake, 1 slice toast
Lunch - homemade greek salad w/ grilled chicken
Snack - pear and cheese stick
Dinner - ???? not sure yet, might be turkey chili
And the scale is encouraging me! It is still coming down so I am determined to stick with things. I might treat myself to a steak tonight........

It's hotter than a mugga mugga today. Today I only had Crystal Light and fruit.
Took my vits and went out and bought some amino acids. I can tell a difference already, in the way my body and mind are responding. I must have been very deficient. I got to go back and get the L-Theanine, this is supposed to enhance mental alertness. Then I should be all good.
Going to drink some pure ice water now. And think about dinner later.
