OMG, I feel like a Fish out of Water
I been out of the loop for a minute myself...... Its great to see new faces though....Imma step in a lil more often from now on...... And OMG dont get me started on the drinking thing........ I kinda think that its gotten a lil out of control for me..... Im trying to get a grip on it right now..... I havent gained anything from it, but Man........ Its definitely caused some major problems for me otherwise..... Im just realizing that a lot of post opp people have the drinking issue..... After talking to 3 random post opp friends of mine, I realized I was not alone in how I was feeling, they just didnt wanna talk about it, but spilled all the beans once I put it out there.......

I have been great!!! Tryna get my fione on before I go to Vegas for vacation next month..... letting the 'sauce' go definitely helped me get my calorie control back - you'd be surprised that you can suck down 500 or more extra cals even with vodka and 0 cal mixers.........
and trouble? shyyyttttt - you don't know trouble like *I* know trouble! LMAOOOOO - we all got a 'story' we don't want ANYONE to know about.... and that's when you know you need to get a handle on things......
and the allure of it with the post op twist doesn't help at all, does it? LOL!!! I am already predisposed - my family is an addiction hall of fame, so the quick high doesn't even help me - I now say that I have addiction ADD.... meaning I switch my shyt off every so often..... working out, sex, sleeping pills..... I will always focus on something, but not to the point of destruction.
