Re-Losers!
I had a bout of insomnia and wound up getting up and eating a small bowl of cereal, but I didn't touch the Oreo's or the Lay's potato chips.
I started making my shopping list and I started digging out all my small containers for packing my lunch next week. I might not have to buy any more if I can just locate the lids. (Danged kids always misplace my stuff. grrrr)
Since I don't have everything in place yet and time was short this morning, I just packed a couple of sandwiches and some fruit to eat during the day.
today - protein shake and scrambled eggs at B-fast
lunch - GREEK SALAD or DIE
dinner - not sure yet - but some grilled meat and veggies sound gooder than a mug. I will try to hunt down some fi****hink. Screw the oil spill - that's extra FLAVOR!!!! hahahhahahahha
and I GOTTA get my water in- GOTTA!!!!
Then I passed out and woke up about 3am.....and had a slice of pound cake and went back to bed.
I always do well at work, its when I get home that I struggle.
Im not giving up! Glad to see neither of us are either..........
Way to go Cookie and Mack for staying on plan!
BTW what did I miss...I saw KG hit that 3 pointer right at the buzzer and that was all she wrote??
In life, and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.
I have a funeral to attend tomorrow and you know what they will be serving at the repass, chicken and pound cake (LOL). Then, of course there will be plenty of food back at the house. These are the type of events that get me off track. Y'all pray that I make it through the day without doing too much damage.
I vow to start over fresh first thing Monday morning.

I had 2 slice of cantaloupe and cheese last night before bedtime. I don't sleep well, but at least I did not snack when I woke up at 3 am. LOL. I did water aerobics yesterday evening and started charting my progress again. I am at 189 and want to be around 168-175. I know this is not within the "normal" weight range, but I'm a sistah.... Got to have some meat on these old bones.
