Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses
I need a volunteer to post accountability for Friday and Saturday. No replies today folks but I will lurk if I get the chance. I'll be back on Sunday.
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Its THURSDAY folks. We're over the hump for the work week and at the half way mark for the week. How are you doing so far? Is your plan on track? You know what you need to do so are you doing to do it?
Keep the basics in mind. Protein first. Water, sip, sip, sip. No drinking while eating, let fullness sink in. Vitamins and supplements, take them. Excercise, get moving. Beware of the carb monster if he is your nemisis. We will do this!

I've got kancles so I will not even look at the scale. I'm still consuming too much sodium and these salt cravings are making me crazy.
Calories, vits, water, all on track. Exercise is screwed for the week and I won't make plan. Its one of those things that can't be helped. I will push a little harder next week.
The problem with missing workouts is calorie deficit. Without exercise my deficit is minimal. I guess its better than a calorie surplus.

I acted a plum damn fool yesterday! I had fried onion rings, too much weigh****chers candy, tortilla chips, chex mix I'm sure I've forgotten something . It was all emotional hubby pissed me off, kids pissed me off, life pissed me off and I medicated with food. I know I shouldn't expect this road to get easier because it just doesn't. And to top it all off the scale said +1 today . Back in battle gear today please that I can keep my **** together and stay on plan. If they have more off those damn onion rings in the cafeteria at work I'ma hafta away as fast as I can and a friend. Sometimes I just get tired of watching everything I eat. I just want to have the perfect body and make the wisest decisions I just want it to be easy!!! Ohh well nothing worth having comes easy I guess. I won't even talk about the gym! Make it a good day peeps!!!

Day 1 of 'Get out of the crazyiness' completed pretty well. I took a water pill yesterday cause the scale said 212....*pause for effect, drop, faint, wake up, cry - then faint again* And this morning it's 207. So I KNOW there's something wrong with my system - Houston, we have an evacuation problem.......LOL
So today - I'm going to repeat yesterday. Drinking coffee now, about to make my protein shake and complete a report for my boss before he kills me, then go into the office. Lunch? Well - I 'discovered' that Panera Bread has a Greek Salad w/chicken that is to DIE FOR..... DIE!!!! lol. When I was on the wagon, I would track calories like a HOUND - I've gotten really far away from that and I see now that I'm paying for it..... with interest.....and fees....... and I think there's a billing error!!!! lol The salad is 500 calories. I'm doing 3 meals a day, 500 cal each - protein shake is 400 (that's b-fast) the salad, then for dinner I did soup last night and I will again tonight.
Tomorrow morning is gym morning and I have a Sat session with my trainer - thanks for the 'encouragement' I saw on the scale this morning, I will definitely be sticking to this revised plan thru Friday - and I do believe I will continue it into the weekend and possibly beyond. Surprisingly enough, I've been cow grazing all this time and when I didn't yesterday - I wasn't hungry and it actually took me a while to finish that salad....... WTH????? lol So I do know the pouch is still there and working! I just have to not let my head mess things up.

Aww! Why the heck did you mention Panera Bread???!!! I LOVE Panera Bread!!! And their salads are the BOMB! Unfortunately, boringdullazzAbilene, does not have a Panera Bread.
I have not eaten or drank anything yet. I guess I will take my vits and drink a protein shake and a tablespoon of peanut butter, to start my day.
It's going to be a scorcher today. So it will be either a salad or fruit for lunch.
As far as exercise, I think I will invest in a Wii and get my exercise on that way.

My scale was up this morning too...didn't take my pressure meds yesterday because I've been suffering with really bad leg cramps. I know, I know...that means not enough fluid intake...mainly water. Never been much of a water drinker, but I guess I'd better learn to like it or walk around being a damn cripple.
Having my decaf coffee right now, but the game plan for today is set. Planning to get some weight training and walking in this morning, and house work this afternoon. Had my vitamins, iron, and calcium and pressure meds. Got the gallon water jug on the counter. Doing mainly Protein drinks today, a Vegetarian salad for lunch and planning a Spinach Omelet for dinner tonight.
