Post-ops who have re-gained AND are ready to get it back off
You guys are the best! I am so glad I found you guys! I am just 4months out and my weight lost is slow, but I am ready to change it so that I can kick it in gear! So i will be joining you guys.
I am drinking 100 oz of water plus daily. 2 protein shakes a day mucsle milk light 100 calories, breakfast and dinner , and eating a sensible lunch- such as 3oz some type of meat and 1/4 of veggies, no snacking. I am going to get these 70 pounds off if it kills me!! So far today I am doing good....

Didn't do the total liquid thing like I wanted, but I ate healthy. Spinach Omelet for breakfast, Mediterranean Salad for Lunch and Catfish w/ green beans for dinner. Saving my ice cold watermelon for later. Got in all my vitamins and meds, still working on the water. Worked out and will be getting ready to get some much needed rest.
