Post-ops who have re-gained AND are ready to get it back off

I am loving the feeling of being back in control of ME.

Had a great evening.  Kept my azz in the bed all night long...no late night eating or snacking. 

Got in 1 gallon of water.  Ate good. Took all vitamins.

WW is going good for me.   I enjoy my eating, i'm working out, and even though my loss is slow like always, I am enjoying food.

I really have to pick up my water starting today,  I only got in 1 water bottle yesterday.

Day 1 completed successfully.  The water pill knocked 5lbs off me in 1 day - so it's official.... I am the new Hoover Dam lol

Today - protein shake for b-fast, about to get 1 liter of water in within the next 1.5 hrs. 

Lunch - Greek salad w/chicken

Dinner - Soup.  had canned soup last night, but I will do some researching and find a place to get some from - I don't like canned soup all THAT much......

Took my vitamins, this isn't a gym day - that's tomorrow, but best believe I am ready for tomorrow!!!!

You go Cookie!  Im joining you today......

Im not equipped with what I need just yet, but my head is definately in the game.

I can do the water....getting my jug at lunch and I can make a healthy choice for my meals today during work at least.

Stay the course.......good health leads to beauty baby. 


 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

I have a plan.    

* Create an easy pouch friendly shopping list
* Purchase meal-size containers
* Cook my weekday meals on the weekend and pack them for work
* Allow myself a nighttime snack; pre-measure the portions
* Brush teeth immediately after the snack
* Start walking – Goal: 4-5 days/week brisk walk for 20-30 minutes
* Limit refined carb consumption to 1 small serving/day  
 
I will begin implementing this weekend.

Praise the Lord and Hallelujah,

I am committed to get in my water today and my vitamins.  I am taking this one day at a time.
I am very swollen right now I am holding my usual 30lbs of fluid.  Fluid pills alone do not help me,
the lymphatic drains is not helping me.  I need to commit to getting in the bed get 12 hrs of rest, drink water and water with lemon or lime juice only and I can knock this out in a few days.

Thanks for the boost.

I am going for at least 80 oz today.   I am committing to eating  all my meals (another problem)

I missed my caffeine yesterday but I DID stick to it.

I compromised and had a half cup of DECAF this morning with a sausage burrito this morning (sausage, eggs, & tortilla).

I'm already thinking about a snack & lunch (I'm so greedy now that I dont have my diet soda)

Gotta get my vitamins in (i've been a very bad girl about taking vitamins)

OH! How much water should one start out drinking a day? I drank about a quart of "fluids" yesterday...is that too little?

whaddup namesake??!!!!

my doc told me you should drink in oz the equivalent of half your body weight.

so for me, 200lbs = 100 oz of water.... which is 3 liters.

sip, sip, GULP!!!! lol

Hey Cookie,

Thanks for the motivation.  I'm in Miami/Pompano Beach

until Sunday so I am not completely on target.  Vitamins in,

water at 64 oz. (will be 96 oz daily next week), diet moderate

(Atkins next week), and lots of walking but I'm definitely in the game. 

When I get home next week I can be more organized. 

I agree, already I feel more in control.
