So Blessed, you made a good point! This is exactly what I was trying to convey, does sharing happiness and  joy come across as "rubbing it in" , without making someone feel bad?  I think in real life we know how to approach people and know their moods so we share things with more caution without making others feel bad.

Sometimes when we are on message boards we really don't know what is going on in someones personal life, but sometimes you can sense anger and sadness in how someone respond to other people posts...some lash out at others in flames or being bitter...but again, I suppose this is the reason why many people don't post about happiness on wls message boards since we really don't' know what is going on with others...

But is this fair to those who are happy? Do they have to hide and not share just because their happiness rub someone else the wrong way...I believe sometimes if someone is happy it may encourage or inspire others to do things that brought the other person happiness such as getting back on track with weight loss or continuing their education or simply getting a new hair do, or anything that may bring happiness to others
So Blessed!

You can't please everybody and you can't know what's in other peoples' hearts.  If you know that your motives are pure, that's all that matters.

I will put it this way without getting too specific...my motive for my happiness post are only pure to my true friends here...all others can perceive my post any way they like.

See - there you go with your bullshyt.......

I am not alone in the least - and I am not miserable.  If someone posted about their house being foreclosed and someone else responded telling how they just paid their house OFF.... wouldn't that be a little disconcerting?????

DAYUM - I could give a rats ass LESS about who's happy with added weight or not, but hell - if there's a post FOR those who need to get it together, a post being HAPPY with added weight in response to that post is just a LIL bit counter-productive, in my opinion.

And just like azzholes - I have my opinion - and you, have yours.

that is all.

Jocking your strap once again (Damn, twice in one day).

If you're fat and happy....CON GRAT U MOFO LATIONS!! Post all the threads you want about your fat/weight gain and happiness !!

As for me and MY house, we are fat and NOT happy.  All we're politely asking is can we have a thread to work on OUR issues??  That's all.  What's the problem?
