Im jumping aboard too........I never even got down to my goal weight and it sucks something terrible.  I went for an adjustment recently and the doc suggested another procedure....yeaaah right like thats gonna solve my situation. If I like to eat, it wont matter what surgery I have....I need to get my head screwed on tight.

My plans of actions are to

walk/excercise more
drink more water
drink less winehave more sex ( thats excercise too )
eat/plan healthier food choices

Leave the icecream, cookies and chips right at the supermarket.

Im up about 20 lbs from my lowest and I feel like such a failure

Hi Everybody,  great post Cookie !!!

Hey Cookie!

Yeah I have to find creative ways to add the working out back into my regime.....and sex is a nice intro to that

Our friend is cool, but hes also busy living life these days, so I dont want to burden anybody.

Im gonna be accountable here on the board with others in the struggle.....it worked for me last time.......hoping it will work again.

I'm am definitely ready to do this and make it happen!  I don't have a real structured plan either, I'm just going to start by making some changes in the way I have been doing things.

1.  I'm signing up for Weigh****chers so I can return to eating healthy and also to be held accountable to someone other than myself.

2.  NO MORE MICKEY D'S SWEET TEA!  (I'm on Day 2)

3.  Quit using my swollen legs/feet as an excuse for NOT Excercising!

I absolutely HATE feeling like a stuffed sausage in everything I put on and standing in my closet looking for something loose and comfortable to wear to work!  That's what I used to do at 290 pounds and here I am at 185 doing it again.  I HATE IT!!!!

My BF and I have a vacation planned in July.  I have exactly 6 weeks to get it together!  IT STARTS TODAY!!!

I went  a whole day without cookies, I ate high protein yogurt in it's place. I started my amino acid therapy. I got L-glutamine for my sugar and starch cravings and L-tyrosine for  fatigue. I realize that I'm facing some health issues right now but I'm still addicted to food and if I don't get control of it now, then there will be problems later.
