Thanks for that eye opener cause I need to work on that late night munching bull sh*t myself.  I'm not a big cookie eater unless you put em in front of my face.  I hardly ever buy them, but I'll put away some Hostess cupcakes or Little Debbie cakes like it's cool.  So I need to slow that down a bit.

I can always increase my exercise intensity...starting TODAY.

As for a gallon of water per day?   I know I should but damn....  Will add to the long range goal list...

But your right, let's do this!!

Tru dat!!  Good looking out Mz Cookie.  I was thinking about that statement tonight.  It's crazy how we soon forget the basics.  I've been right at goal for the past week, but that's after about 7 or 8 months of being about 4 to 6 lbs below.  I'm not particularly fund of where I'm heading at this point, cause it's in the wrong direction.

I'm re-committing.  Thanks for the eye opening post!!

I'm actually excited about starting back up and going "cold turkey" giving EVERYTHING up that's not good for me....right now the soda's are calling my name but I got my water w/peach tea flavor. Not sure about the excercising though, the physical therapist told me no walking or elliptical (my 2 favorites) but I can do the stationary bike but for only 10minutes....how I'mma lose weight like dat?????

I'm excited, too!

Getting your eating on point is the hardest part (IMO).  The exercising will come when you are able.  What abou****er aerobics?

Thanks for the cheers.  We need all of the cheerleaders that we can get.  This stuff is hard.

Wishing you the best as well.
