Hey, Carol!

I know your question was for Lee, but I'm also doing WW (for the upteenth time) and I still have a protein shake everyday.  I use Isopure and it is only 2 pts.

Thanks cookie! I need to figure out a way to get my protien in. I think I'm going to start using my activity points.

Hi there!

Oddly enough for me - I was at my lowest weight BEFORE my plastic surgeries.... go figure! you cut off 15 lbs of skin and fat and you GAIN??!!!!  WTF?  lol

Size wise, I am smaller tho - HOW-SOME-EVA..... i refuse to be a smaller size and higher weight.  I just won't cotton to it at all..... period.   185 is where I NEED and MUST be for my world to be okay and being 2XX is like spending a weekend in a lodge with my mother without transportation, electricity and entertainment...... TORTURE!!!!!!

What would I do differently now?  Don't know, really.  I mean, I lost 200lbs, got down to 185 and stayed there for 2 years with no issue, then went two rounds of plastic surgery and I can't get back 'home' to save my life.  Take back the plastics? heyl no! But I wish I could get back my newbie honeymoon phase for JUST 30 days!!! lol  that's all I need - 30 days!!!!

Wait - one thing I WOULD undo - all my drinking alcohol for the last 2+ years everynight...... now THAT is a BAD BAD BAD habit....... Jamie might say blame it on it - but that was, in fact, ALL ME.....

Cookie, truthfully, I'm not ready to do this today.   I need to sit down and formulate a plan that is workable, set a start date and then psych myself up for it.   When I'm ready though, I will definitely share my strategies and be brutally honest about how they're working.

I sure in hell am not happy with my weight gain,  It ****** me the hell off, and when Becca gets up in the morning putting on her ******g size 6 this or 8 that it makes me want to scream some days.  But it's not her fault I got fat, but it sure doesn't stop me from getting annoyed some days.  LOL LOL

Skinny *****es annoy me when my weight is up.

i'm joining the "movement".  i was cool up until january when i had to have an unfill...i think it was from stress more than anything.  from that point on i lost my freakin' mind...eating pizza, cookies, ice cream.  i'm up 14lbs!!! 

yesterday i received a fill...hoping (and praying) that this will get me at the restriction level where bad carbs are no longer an option.  for me, carbs bulk me up...UGH! 

so anywho, i've had my protein shake for breakfast.  if hunger strikes, i'll have some grapes and yogurt for snack.  for lunch a salad and dinner some vegetable beef soup i made last night. 

3 miles are also scribbled in for tonight.  let's do this BAF!!!
